How long does it take for my skis to ship?
In-stock skis typically ship within 2-3 business days. If you have ordered a 'Built to Order' pair or requested binding mounting, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover impact damage from rocks, rails, or trees, but we are always happy to help with repair advice.
Can I return skis if I change my mind?
Unused skis in their original plastic wrap can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once bindings have been mounted, the skis are considered custom and are no longer eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their local customs office.

Do you offer binding mounting services?
Absolutely. If you purchase bindings and skis together, you can provide your boot sole length (BSL) at checkout, and our technicians will mount them to your specific measurements for free.
