Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be stoked on your new setup, so we offer a 30-day return window for any unmounted and unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that once skis are drilled for bindings, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your skis or apparel are in brand-new condition, unmounted, and still in the original factory plastic or packaging.
- 2.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or store credit.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal; a flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our Reno factory team inspects the returned equipment to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
